CAST FILM – This line-up of vinyl film is our Casting Vinyl Wrap. Cast Film is form of vinyl wrap used; casting film will last slightly longer than your normal calendered film, is a little thinner and has a minimum amount of shrinkage compared to others. Due to the manufactuering process this film will maintain life and color longer than calendered film!
AIR RELEASE DESIGN – Self Adhesive back has air ducts which allow the air to escape during application. Liftable, slideable, and repositionable air-release adhesive sticks with pressure alone. Easy to apply! Water Resistant, Stretchable with heat and it will not leave any residue if removed
LIFE – This cast film, with the way it is manufactured has a life expectancy of about 5 years with normal conditions (garage kept). Keeping a vehicle outside year-round open to the elements will shorten this life expectancy by only a little expect anywhere from 3-4 years of life for this vinyl.
APPLICATION – This cast film is manufactured in a way were it is easy to stretch, which allows it to follow the curves of the item being wrapped. In addition, the shrinkage is very minimal allowing for sliding and re-positioning steps if need be.
